On 24th June, John Bullingham is beginning his epic 500-mile cycle ride from Trevone to Birmingham and back again. He is hoping to complete the journey in four days and is aiming to raise a lot of money for Cancer Research by doing this. Friends and family are joining him for the occasional mile.
